A. Marie Colón, CEO of Harlin Construction founded the company in 2020 bringing valuable construction and real estate experience to the organization. Prior to this she has served in a variety of roles in the corporate world in the real estate development, construction and building services industries as well as serving as a sales and marketing professional. Mrs. Colón and her husband of 15 years share 2 children together and currently reside in Celina, TX. Harlin Construction is proud to serve property management companies (and property managers), both residential and commercial, self-managed homeowner associations (HOAs) and real estate portfolio owners across the DFW Metroplex. The company has completed 100's of projects in many facets of rebuild and repair construction having garnered the trust and confidence of each client we have served. Our value is in our reliability, workmanship, professionalism and exquisite attention to detail. Harlin Construction has been a member of CAI since 2023 and is proud to be a woman and minority owned and operated company.

Zach Davis, Regional Business Development Manager

​Zach Davis, Regional Business Development Manager, joined Harlin Construction in 2025, bringing over a decade's worth of experience in the restoration and construction industry. Prior to joining Harlin Construction, he specialized in residential and commercial water, fire, and mold restoration, handling a wide range of project sizes. He is a licensed mold remediation contractor (MRC) in the state of Texas. Zach graduated from Baylor University in 2012 and moved to the DFW area shortly after. He and his wife, Lindsey, reside in Decatur, TX with their two sons.
